Martindale IRC327 Spot Thermal Camera

The Martindale IRC327 Spot Thermal Camera’s an advanced, affordable thermal camera with a large temperature measurement range of -30˚C to 650˚C. Measures infrared radiation via a 128 x 128-pixel thermal sensor which also offers accuracy of ±1.5˚C or ±1.5% and thermal sensitivity of 150mK (0.15˚C). In addition to thermal imaging, the camera provides a precise spot temperature measurement shown at the top of the display.

Thermal images and temperature readings are shown on the Martindale IRC327’s 4.5cm color display in a choice of three different palettes (greyscale, hot iron, and rainbow). It’s also possible to choose between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The 33˚ field of view allows a swift look over structures, machinery, and circuits. A large 30:1 spot-to-distance ratio means that the temperature of inaccessible surfaces can still measure. A further useful feature is the UV detection function that can find leaks in air HVAC systems when used in conjunction with a suitable UV dye.

A 2GB removable micro-SD card is fitted as standard on the Martindale IRC327 so the camera can store thousands of thermal images. These can then be downloaded via removing the card or via the micro-USB port. It’s easy to adjust the camera’s emissivity level and the point-and-shoot design allows the user to capture thermal images in an instant. Further help is provided in the form of an integrated 4-LED torch and laser pointers that allow the user to target inspections even in poor light.
