Price Match Policy

We want our customers to get fair, competitive pricing without compromising on authenticity, warranty, or service. If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, we’ll happily review it — and where possible, we’ll match it or beat it.

What We Match

  • Like‑for‑like products: same brand, model, condition, and specification.
  • Prices from authorised UK retailers (online or in‑store).
  • Publicly available prices including promotions and discount codes open to all customers.
  • The total checkout price, including VAT and delivery.

What We Don’t Match

  • Marketplace listings from private or unauthorised sellers (eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Facebook, Gumtree).
  • Grey imports, non‑UK warranty items, refurbished or used stock.
  • Bulk, trade, membership‑only or restricted pricing.
  • Obvious error prices or items not currently in stock.

How to Request a Price Match

Send us:

  • A link to the competitor’s product page
  • A screenshot if the price is time‑sensitive
  • Confirmation the item is in stock

We’ll review it quickly and get back to you with a decision.

We Already Monitor Prices Daily

We check hundreds of prices every week across authorised UK retailers to keep our pricing sharp and competitive. Most of the time, we’re already the lowest like‑for‑like — but if you spot something we’ve missed, we’re always happy to take a look.

There will be occasions where we can’t approve a match, but we’ll always explain why.

After a Price Match Is Approved

  • We’ll either issue a discount code or adjust the price before purchase.
  • Price matches apply per item and can’t be combined with other promotions.

Post‑Purchase Price Match

If you find a lower eligible price within 7 days of purchase, we’ll refund the difference as store credit.

Why Price Match Requests Are Declined

The retailer isn’t authorised

We only match prices from authorised UK retailers to ensure authenticity, warranty protection, and product safety.

The product isn’t identical

The item must match exactly in model, version, condition, warranty, and included accessories.

The item is out of stock

If the competitor cannot supply the item immediately, the price is not eligible.

Restricted promotions

We cannot match membership-only pricing, trade discounts, loyalty offers, or restricted voucher codes.

Pricing errors

Obvious mistakes (e.g., £299 instead of £2,999) cannot be matched.

Marketplace sellers

We do not match prices from private or unauthorised sellers on eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Facebook, Gumtree, or overseas sellers.

Unsustainable pricing

Some retailers run loss-leaders or clearance prices that are not commercially viable to match.

We’re already the lowest

We monitor hundreds of prices weekly and are often already the lowest like-for-like.
