Delivery Timescales

We always aim to ship all orders received before 2pm the same working day. Standard Delivery takes approximately 1-3 days, but we can’t guarantee it. You will be contacted if you order an item that isn’t in stock for delivery immediately and we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements where we can. If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Testermans strive to be the best price on the web, however, if you do see an item cheaper elsewhere please email us where you found the item cheaper and email us the link or call us on 01945 738112 and we’ll check it out and get back to you.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Testermans, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you find yourself needing to return an item, we’re here to facilitate the process.

Before Initiating a Return

  • We encourage you to contact us at or call 01945 738112 before returning any products. This allows us to provide you with the best possible service and ensure that your return is handled efficiently.


  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for all returns.


  • We will inspect all items upon return and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We will reimburse return shipping costs for damaged or defective products upon presentation of proof.

International Purchases

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.
  • Refunds for international returns will be processed minus the shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.

Return Address & Recommendations

  • Please send all returns to: Testermans, Unit 4, Regal Road, Wisbech, Cambs PE13 2RQ.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Testermans is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • Items sold as part of a kit must be returned in full, unless a partial return has been agreed upon in advance.
