This policy explains our delivery services, dispatch times, international shipping arrangements, and customer-arranged collections.

Free Mainland GB Delivery Over £150
We offer free delivery on most mainland Great Britain orders over £150 (excluding VAT).
This applies to England, Wales, and most of Scotland, excluding certain remote or offshore postcodes. Where additional surcharges apply, these will be shown at checkout.
If your order is close to the threshold or you are a returning customer, please contact us and we may be able to assist.
UK Delivery Options
We use Royal Mail, DHL and occasionally DPD to provide reliable UK-wide delivery.
- Royal Mail is typically used for smaller parcels and for deliveries to remote areas, including the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
- DHL and DPD are used for most mainland UK deliveries and for time-sensitive shipments.
All delivery services are tracked as standard.
Available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, parcel weight, dimensions and service availability.
Heavy, bulky or palletised orders are not included within standard website shipping rates and may require a separate quotation.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
- UK orders: placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- International orders: placed before 2:00 PM Monday to Thursday are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after these times are processed on the next working day.
Standard Delivery
Our standard services are Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DHL Parcel. These services are fully tracked but are not guaranteed for next working day delivery.
Premium / Guaranteed Delivery
Services such as Royal Mail Special Delivery and DHL timed services offer guaranteed delivery windows.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting a guaranteed service or contacting us before ordering.
Courier Selection
In some cases, we may adjust the delivery method selected at checkout in order to use the most appropriate and reliable service for the parcel size, destination or current courier conditions.
This may include selecting an alternative carrier where it offers a more suitable or secure service level.
Busy Periods & Delays
Whilst we aim to dispatch promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by:
- Seasonal demand, including Christmas and bank holidays
- Courier network delays outside our control
- Supplier lead times or specialist equipment requirements

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners including UPS.
All international shipments are tracked and are typically dispatched Monday to Thursday.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 1–2 working days
- North America: 2–3 working days
- Rest of World: 3–5 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing and local courier performance.
Taxes, Customs & Duties
All prices shown on our website exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
International customers are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, customs charges or clearance fees applicable in the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
If import charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any refund issued will be reduced by the outbound and return shipping costs incurred.
Using Your Own Courier
If you would prefer to arrange collection using your own courier, please contact us before placing your order so that collection can be coordinated from our Wisbech warehouse.
EXW (Ex Works) Collections
We also offer EXW (Ex Works) collection terms for international customers who wish to arrange their own shipping.
Selecting customer-arranged courier collection means:
- Goods will be made available for collection at our warehouse.
- The buyer, or their courier, is responsible for loading, transport, export documentation, and all associated risks and costs from the point of collection.
- Testermans Ltd does not arrange export declarations, transport, insurance or customs paperwork under EXW terms.
