Product Details:
The Chauvin Arnoux CA6536 Insulation Tester’s completely adjustable test voltage from 10V to 100V makes it suitable for specialist sectors such as aviation, space and defence where insulation needs to be tested with specific low voltages. Accuracy with the test voltage is just ±0.5V. With an insulation resistance measurement range of 2kΩ up to 20GΩ, the tester can accurately test all sorts of insulation whilst continuity and regular resistance testing constitute useful additional features. It is also possible to measure AC voltage up to 700V with this megohmmeter.
Timed, programmable insulation testing and adjustable alarms make the Chauvin Arnoux CA6536 very adaptable and operation is very straightforward thanks to the instrument’s simple interface. Results are displayed on a backlit digital screen (with analogue bar graph) and the tester also has relative mode to compare different results.
A remote control probe with a torch is supplied as standard and the magnetic mount makes the tester easy to use hands-free. It is rated as Cat IV 600V and has a two-year warranty. Other supplied accessories include test leads, a crocodile clip, a carry case and wire grips.

Orders placed after these times are processed the next working day. This means delivery may occur the following day or later, depending on the courier and service selected.
Once dispatched, your chosen delivery service determines how quickly your parcel arrives:
- Standard services We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Parcel as our ‘Standard’ services. They are not guaranteed to arrive next working day.
- Premium services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL by Noon) offer guaranteed delivery windows.
If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing a guaranteed service or contacting us before ordering to confirm availability.
