The ultimate solution for safe isolation, the Martindale VIPDLOKPRO150-S lock out kit contains the VI-15000 voltage indicator, matching PD690S proving device and LOKKITPRO which contains the full range of Martindale locking off devices, all supplied in two convenient soft carry cases. The kit simplifies compliance with Health & Safety recommendations for safe working practices when maintaining or installing electrical plant and equipment. The new VI-15000 has a 1000V CAT IV safety rating and LED indication for AC/DC voltages from 50V to 690V, ensuring compliance with health and safety recommendations for safe working in all BS EN61010 installation categories. The new LOKKITPRO is the ultimate lock out kit enabling safe isolation procedures to be carried out in all types of facility. The kit is ideal for contractors and maintenance teams working on industrial and commercial sites as it includes the full range of Martindale locking off devices, compatible with all distribution boards and red spot type fuse holders. It includes the latest LOK7 slimline mcb lock for use on breakers where the position of the test button may prevent the use of conventional lock outs or access is restricted, plus a 1m cable lock device suitable for both electrical and mechanical locking out and a steel hasp for use with multiple padlocks for when more than one operator is working on the same installation. Multi-lock hasps ensure a circuit cannot be re-energised until each operator has finished work and removed their own padlock.
Nothing is more dangerous than trusting a defective voltage indicator to test for a dead circuit. Safe electrical work requires the use of a voltage indicator that has been proved with a proving unit before and after use.
The VI-15000 voltage indicator and matching PD690S proving unit are supplied in the TC71 combination carry case, keeping them together to ensure that the proving device is always at hand. For convenience and to save time, the Test & Go carry case allows use of the proving unit without having to remove it from the case each time. Martindale VIPDLOK and VIPDLOKPRO kits provide the simplest solution for implementing safe isolation practices on-site in accordance the Electricity at Work Regulations. The VI-15000 is the perfect voltage indicator for safe isolation, it’s safe because it’s simple with no ranges, switches or batteries to worry about, reducing the risk of a failing to identify a live voltage.
The PRO lock out kit is compatible with all distribution boards and includes all Martindale locking out devices, ensuring you are never stuck on-site without the right device to implement safe isolation. Spare and replacement individual lock off pieces are also available to order separately.
The kit comprises of 14 different locking devices for simple fitting to all MCBs, RCBOs and fuse holders. There is a plastic body padlock with unique key and a 6mm hardened steel shackle for securing the locking devices. The kit is completed with 5 warning tags, a marker pen and a durable case with space for storing additional accessories.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders promptly, but delivery depends on both when you order and which service you select.
- UK orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- International orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Thursday are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after these times are processed the next working day. This means delivery may occur the following day or later, depending on the courier and service selected.
Once dispatched, your chosen delivery service determines how quickly your parcel arrives:
- Standard services We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Parcel as our ‘Standard’ services. They are not guaranteed to arrive next working day.
- Premium services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL by Noon) offer guaranteed delivery windows.
