Description

Fluke 1760TR Three-Phase Power Quality Recorder Topas

The Fluke 1760 series consists of four different variations of the same tester. This version, the standard kit TR model, comes with the ability to capture and analyse fast transients and ships with current/voltage probes (not included in the basic kit).

Designed for attachment to three-phase systems, the 1760 is an extremely versatile power quality instrument that constantly evaluates and logs power quality measurements over an extended period of time. The system is fully compliant with IEC 61000-4-30 Class-A standards and ensures that all measurements are carried out with high accuracy, giving the user the ability to diagnose a wide range of power quality problems and issues.

The recorder can be used to capture total harmonic distortion, voltage and current harmonics (including interharmonics), frequency, unbalance, flicker, kWh, power factor, power (P, Q and S), current and voltage with continuous readings. It also includes the ability to capture voltage events (dips, swells and interruptions and includes triggered recordings, online mode and can perform fast transient analysis up to 10MHz.

Up to 8 different inputs can be connected to the 1760 simultaneously (up to 8x voltage or 4x voltage and 4 x current) using the included probe sets. The internal memory of the tester constantly logs a significant amount of data directly from these inputs and this information can then be downloaded to PC afterwards to ensure that further analysis of the system under test can take place.

Statistical Evaluation
Power quality statistics according to EN50160 and DISDIP tables like ITIC, CEBEMA, ANSI
Event List
Dips, swells and interruptions are detected and stored in the event list. Also any trigger which fires generates an event added to this list.
The Event list shows the exact time when the event occurred as well as the duration and magnitude. Sorting by several attributes of these events is possible to select one for further root cause analysis.
RMS values, transients and fast transients can be stored if a trigger fires.
Continuous Recording
Fluke 1760 records rms values together with corresponding minimum and maximum values for:
 • Voltage
 • Current
 • Power P, Q, S
 • Power Factor
 • kWh
 • Flicker
 • Unbalance
 • Frequency
 • Harmonics/Interharmonics
continuously with the following time aggregations:
 Day
 10 min
 Free Interval, e.g.: 15 min, 2h
Triggered Recordings
rms: Aggregation time is adjustable between 10 ms (1/2 cycle), 20ms (1 cycle), 200ms (10/12 cycles) or 3 sec (150/180 cycles).
Calculating rms values, Harmonics and Interharmonics is performed synchronous to the power frequency.
Basic aggregation for harmonics and interharmonics is 200ms
Oscilloscope: Sample rate is 10.24 kHz for all 8 channels
Fast Transients: Sample rate is selectable from 100 kHz to 10 MHz for channel 1-4 FFT of Fast Transients
Mains Signalling
Phases and N-conductor, Voltage and current
Online Mode
Variable refresh rate. This feature allows verification of instrument set up and delivers a quick overview of oscilloscope, transients and events.

Input filter
Each channel is equipped with a passive low-pass filter, an anti-aliasing filter and a 16-bit A/D converter. All channels are sampled synchronously with a common quartz-controlled clock pulse.
The filters protect against voltage transients and limit the signal rise rate, reduce high frequency components and especially the noise voltage above half the sampling rate of the A/D converter by 80 dB, thus achieving very small measuring errors in an exceptionally large amplitude range. This is also valid under extreme operating conditions like transient voltages at the output of converters.

Our checkout system automatically displays the available delivery services for your postcode and order weight, ensuring you always see the most suitable options.

Note: Heavy, bulky, or freight-only orders will be charged separately.
Our website is designed for quick, transactional purchases rather than bulk or palletised orders.
Please contact us in advance for a tailored freight quotation if your order falls into this category.

⏱ Dispatch & Delivery Timing

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders promptly, but delivery depends on both when you order and which service you select.

  • UK orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
  • International orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Thursday are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after these times are processed the next working day. This means delivery may occur the following day or later, depending on the courier and service selected.

Once dispatched, your chosen delivery service determines how quickly your parcel arrives:

  • Standard services We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Parcel as our ‘Standard’ services. They are not guaranteed to arrive next working day.
  • Premium services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL by Noon) offer guaranteed delivery windows.

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing a guaranteed service or contacting us before ordering to confirm availability.

Please note: For logistical reasons, we may occasionally adjust the delivery method selected at checkout. For example, smaller items may be better suited to letterbox-friendly packaging or may be at greater risk of delay or loss via certain services. We actively monitor courier and postal service disruptions—including strikes and delays—and may modify shipping arrangements to help ensure timely and secure delivery.

📅 Busy Periods & Delays

We always aim to dispatch promptly, but delivery times may be affected by:

  • Seasonal demand (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays, or industry shutdowns)
  • Courier network delays outside our control
  • Supplier lead times or calibration requirements for certain equipment

If your delivery is time-critical, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm stock and courier availability.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide using UPS Express Saver® and other trusted global courier partners. All international shipments are tracked and generally dispatched Monday to Thursday to ensure smooth customs clearance and transit.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 1–2 working days
  • North America: 2–3 working days
  • Asia-Pacific & Rest of World: 3–5 working days

Delivery times vary depending on location, customs clearance, and local courier performance.

💰 Taxes, Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs charges, or import duties.
These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Your courier will typically provide a secure payment link for any import charges once your parcel reaches customs.
If import fees are refused and the parcel is returned, we will issue a refund minus all incurred shipping and return costs.

📍 Using Your Own Courier

If you would prefer to arrange collection via your own courier (UK or international), please contact us before placing your order to coordinate collection from our Wisbech warehouse.
