This kit contains everything you need to install, test, and maintain solar photovoltaic systems. It includes the following products:
- Fluke 393 FC CAT III 1500V DC 1000v AC 2500A TRMS Solar Clamp Meter with iFlex: A versatile and accurate clamp meter that can measure up to 1500 V dc, 1000 V ac, and 999.9 A dc or ac. It also has an iFlex flexible current probe that can extend ac current measurements up to 2500 amps and access tight spaces. It has an IP54 rating, a DC power measurement function, an audio polarity indicator, a visual continuity feature, and a Fluke Connect software for logging and reporting test results.
- The Fluke IRR1-SOL Irradiance Meter: A handheld tool that can measure irradiance, temperature, inclination, and direction of the solar array in one device. It has a durable design, a protective case, and a high-contrast LCD screen. It meets the IEC 62446-1 standards for solar energy. It also has a compass and an inclination sensor to measure and document the orientation and tilt of the panels. It can help you with designing, surveying, measuring, comparing, and diagnosing photovoltaic systems.
- Solar MC4 Test Leads, 20A Current Rating, Black and Red Colours – Pomona MC4 Series – PVLEAD1: A pair of test leads that can connect to testing tools, such as multimeters, to let you troubleshoot and maintain solar panels and photovoltaic systems. They have a safe and secure voltage and current rating, a black and red colour scheme, and a Pomona MC4 series connector. They have an MC4 to 4mm sheathed banana plug connection and nickel-plated contacts for high conductivity and corrosion resistance. They can handle voltage ratings of 1kV AC/DC and 600V AC/DC and current rating of 20A. They can also tolerate temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
- Pomona by Fluke – MC4 Solar Clamp Test Leads. Accepts 4mm Banana Plug Connection, 20A Current Rating – Pomona MC4 Series – PVLEAD3: A set of two test leads that can connect a solar panel and an inverter for the troubleshooting and maintenance of PV systems. They have a plug and socket connection, a black and red sheath, and a Pomona MC4 series connector. They have a maximum cable length of 0.9m and are designed for use with solar clamp meters that accept 4mm banana plugs. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders promptly, but delivery depends on both when you order and which service you select.
- UK orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- International orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Thursday are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after these times are processed the next working day. This means delivery may occur the following day or later, depending on the courier and service selected.
Once dispatched, your chosen delivery service determines how quickly your parcel arrives:
- Standard services We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Parcel as our ‘Standard’ services. They are not guaranteed to arrive next working day.
- Premium services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL by Noon) offer guaranteed delivery windows.
