Description

Fluke 1673FC Multifunction Tester + Advanced Trutest Software

Product Description:

The Fluke 1673FC Multifunction Tester offers dependable installation testing, ensuring that electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings comply with industry standards like IEC/HD 60364-6. Featuring an ergonomic design and a user-friendly interface, the 1673FC simplifies the process of installation testing. With its wireless connectivity, it allows seamless data management aligned with industry requirements.

Perform All Tests Up to 30% Faster

With its Auto Test function, the Fluke 1673FC enables the execution of an entire installation test sequence with a single button press. The integrated help feature provides users with a visual guide for connections, while the automatic measurement validation compares results to predefined standards and gives instant pass/fail feedback. This eliminates manual testing and accelerates validation, boosting both accuracy and productivity. The 1673FC supports a wide range of tests including resistance, loop and line impedance, tripping speed, wiring polarity checks, detection of broken PE and N wires, as well as Prospective Earth Fault Current (PEFC/IK) and Prospective Short-Circuit Current (PSC/IK). Additionally, it performs continuity testing with a low test current (10mA), ideal for measuring motor windings.

The high current loop mode allows for faster measurements compared to non-trip loop tests for RCD-protected circuits. The 1673FC can measure trip time and current for RCD types AC, A, and F in a single test, and it also supports smooth DC-sensitive RCDs such as type B and B+. It can be paired with the Fluke FEV300 (sold separately) for testing EV charging stations, including 6mA DC RCD testing at charging points.

The tester also features Z-max memory, which helps analyze the highest loop test value. It enables simultaneous voltage measurements between L-N, L-PE, and N-PE using the main cords, eliminating the need to change measurement connections.

Fluke Connect™️ Compatibility

The 1673FC is compatible with the Fluke Connect app, enabling wireless synchronization between the tester and a smart device. This helps eliminate data entry errors by saving test results directly from the tester and linking them with work orders, reports, or asset records. Both historical and current measurements can be accessed for each asset, and data can be shared via ShareLive™ video calls or email. Visual inspection reports can be enhanced by attaching images and notes. Additional Fluke Connect-enabled tools can also be synchronized, giving a comprehensive overview of facility health. Furthermore, data can be uploaded to the Fluke Cloud, making it accessible to colleagues worldwide.

Enhanced Software and Reporting with Fluke TruTest™️

The 1673FC integrates seamlessly with Fluke TruTest Software (available as an optional extra) for simple electrical data management and reporting. TruTest facilitates data transfer between the software and the tester via USB-C or wireless connection, ensuring precise test results. The built-in report generator allows users to quickly format measurement data into printable certificates and reports, with the option to add company logos and signatures.

Simplified Interface and Test Setup

With a full-color touchscreen and rotary dial, the 1673FC offers easy navigation through its menus, even while wearing safety gloves. Its bidirectional user interface streamlines test setup and data preparation. The hierarchical tree topology allows for customizable organization of clients, sites, distribution boards, circuits, and test points, either directly on the device or through a smart device or PC. This customization helps ensure accurate data capture. The tester also features test tables, ensuring the right measurements are recorded at the correct time.

The 1673FC includes several safety features, such as color-coded input terminals rated at CAT III 600V and CAT IV 300V, providing overvoltage protection. The device can detect raised voltages above 50V, alerting users to potentially hazardous environments. It is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, providing a full day’s usage in the field. The USB-C port not only supports charging but also facilitates data transfer and firmware updates.

Included Accessories

The 1673FC Multifunction Tester comes with a padded neck strap for added comfort, allowing users to keep their hands free during testing. A hard case provides protection during storage and transportation.

Free Mainland GB Delivery Over £150

We offer free delivery on most mainland Great Britain orders over £150 (ex VAT).
This applies across England, Wales, and most of Scotland, excluding certain remote or offshore postcodes.

If your order total falls just short of £150, or you’re a returning customer, feel free to contact us — we may be able to offer a discount code or delivery workaround.

📦 UK Delivery Options

We work with both Royal Mail and DHL to offer reliable and flexible delivery across the UK:

  • Royal Mail – Best suited for lighter parcels and for customers in remote regions, including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.
  • DHL – Ideal for most mainland UK orders, providing fast, tracked delivery and excellent reliability for time-sensitive shipments.

Our checkout system automatically displays the available delivery services for your postcode and order weight, ensuring you always see the most suitable options.

Note: Heavy, bulky, or freight-only orders will be charged separately.
Our website is designed for quick, transactional purchases rather than bulk or palletised orders.
Please contact us in advance for a tailored freight quotation if your order falls into this category.

⏱ Dispatch & Delivery Timing

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders promptly, but delivery depends on both when you order and which service you select.

  • UK orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
  • International orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Thursday are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after these times are processed the next working day. This means delivery may occur the following day or later, depending on the courier and service selected.

Once dispatched, your chosen delivery service determines how quickly your parcel arrives:

  • Standard services We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Parcel as our ‘Standard’ services. They are not guaranteed to arrive next working day.
  • Premium services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL by Noon) offer guaranteed delivery windows.

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing a guaranteed service or contacting us before ordering to confirm availability.

Please note: For logistical reasons, we may occasionally adjust the delivery method selected at checkout. For example, smaller items may be better suited to letterbox-friendly packaging or may be at greater risk of delay or loss via certain services. We actively monitor courier and postal service disruptions—including strikes and delays—and may modify shipping arrangements to help ensure timely and secure delivery.

📅 Busy Periods & Delays

We always aim to dispatch promptly, but delivery times may be affected by:

  • Seasonal demand (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays, or industry shutdowns)
  • Courier network delays outside our control
  • Supplier lead times or calibration requirements for certain equipment

If your delivery is time-critical, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm stock and courier availability.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide using UPS Express Saver® and other trusted global courier partners. All international shipments are tracked and generally dispatched Monday to Thursday to ensure smooth customs clearance and transit.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 1–2 working days
  • North America: 2–3 working days
  • Asia-Pacific & Rest of World: 3–5 working days

Delivery times vary depending on location, customs clearance, and local courier performance.

💰 Taxes, Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs charges, or import duties.
These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Your courier will typically provide a secure payment link for any import charges once your parcel reaches customs.
If import fees are refused and the parcel is returned, we will issue a refund minus all incurred shipping and return costs.

📍 Using Your Own Courier

If you would prefer to arrange collection via your own courier (UK or international), please contact us before placing your order to coordinate collection from our Wisbech warehouse.

📝 Important Notes
