The CAT III 1500 V/CAT IV 1000 V True-RMS Fluke 283 FC Digital Multimeter sets the new standard for technicians in DC environments up to 1500 V. The 283 FC includes TL175-HV CAT III 1500 V/CAT IV 1000 V safety-rated silicone Insert TwistGuard™️ test leads so you can work confidently in higher voltage environments without compromising safety, giving you more flexibility when testing voltage, millivoltage, resistance, continuity, or capacitance . A bright backlit LCD screen and illuminated keypad make it easier to work in both direct and low light conditions. The included magnetic hanging kit frees up your hands and the custom hard carrying case protects your investment while you transport it.

- UK orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- International orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Thursday are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after these times are processed the next working day. This means delivery may occur the following day or later, depending on the courier and service selected.
Once dispatched, your chosen delivery service determines how quickly your parcel arrives:
- Standard services We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Parcel as our ‘Standard’ services. They are not guaranteed to arrive next working day.
- Premium services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL by Noon) offer guaranteed delivery windows.
