Product Description:
The Martindale LOKFS1 is a universal locking off device designed for single gang fused spur connection units in compliance with BS 1363-4. This essential safety tool allows for secure local isolation of electrical circuits in residential, commercial, and industrial environments, ensuring compliance with the Electricity at Work Regulations.
By preventing the reinsertion of a fuse once removed, the LOKFS1 provides a reliable and effective means of maintaining safe isolation procedures during maintenance or installation work on fixed wired appliances such as cookers, boilers, hand dryers, and water heaters.
Installation is straightforward, requiring no special tools. The device is secured in place using the existing facia plate screw heads and locked with a compatible padlock. Designed with industry-standard fixing centres, it also accommodates flexible outlet cabling from the fused spur. Constructed from durable polypropylene with no metal components, the LOKFS1 is a robust and dependable solution for electrical safety.

- UK orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- International orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Thursday are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after these times are processed the next working day. This means delivery may occur the following day or later, depending on the courier and service selected.
Once dispatched, your chosen delivery service determines how quickly your parcel arrives:
- Standard services We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Parcel as our ‘Standard’ services. They are not guaranteed to arrive next working day.
- Premium services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL by Noon) offer guaranteed delivery windows.
If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing a guaranteed service or contacting us before ordering to confirm availability.
Please note: For logistical reasons, we may occasionally adjust the delivery method selected at checkout. For example, smaller items may be better suited to letterbox-friendly packaging or may be at greater risk of delay or loss via certain services. 💰 Taxes, Customs & Import Duties

These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Your courier will typically provide a secure payment link for any import charges once your parcel reaches customs.
If import fees are refused and the parcel is returned, we will issue a refund minus all incurred shipping and return costs.
📍 Using Your Own Courier
If you would prefer to arrange collection via your own courier (UK or international), please contact us before placing your order to coordinate collection from our Wisbech warehouse.
