Product Details:
The Megger IMT100 Industrial Multi Tester is a versatile, hand-held multi testing instrument with a dedicated four wire insulation resistance. It also includes four wire Kelvin low resistance features that are ideal for extensive applications in industry. Equipped with more than 13 testing features, and the trademark reliability that is associated with Megger’s testers, the user can conduct effective Continuity, Bonding and Insulation Resistance testing with just one instrument.
The IMT100 is supplied in a durable, multipurpose industrial carrycase which is ideal to store accessories and tools. On top of this, the tester is manufactured in a moulded case, which offers robustness and protection, allowing for an IP54 rating to be achieved. Typical applications of the IMT100 include testing and fault-finding during the installation and other phases, photovoltaic installations, industrial and domestic installations, rotating machinery, and electric vehicles. The instrument can test insulation resistance from 100Ω up to 200GΩ, with test voltages of 50V, 250V, 500V, 1kV, and selectable variable voltage.
The IMT100 can store up to 256 test results, which can then be individually tagged with names and dates. The user can then download these to a USB drive, or access them through the instrument thanks to a dedicated colour-guided recalling test results dashboard. All of these results can be viewed on a full colour graphic display which makes the IMT100 simple to understand. The user can be certain that the IMT100 is safe to use, as it meets IEC62446 for PV testing and additional tests, as well as UN EEC R100 Regulation for Electric Vehicle testing.
The voltmeter allows you to measure ac 10mV up to 1000V; dc 0 to 1000V; TRMS (15Hz up to 400Hz). The tester also allows for the direction of rotation of a motor to be checked, temperature to be tested, and insulation resistance compensation to be checked also. With results easily stored and downloaded to a USB, the user can be certain that there results can be viewed on alternative software.
