LDM1AC Non-Contact Voltage Detector
The Leaderman LDM1AC Non-Contact Voltage Detector locates the presence of voltages inside a terminal strip, outlet or cord, giving a clear indication of live status. Similar to the Megger VF2 Voltstick.
The product is easy to use place the voltstick near a terminal strip, outlet or cord and it will light up and emit an audible buzzing noise if the presence of voltage is detected.

Some laptop manufacturers have been supplying special mains leads for their products, and as these leads carry an Earth connection, it is important to test them.
PAT Testing machines do not currently have a plug-in connection fitted to them to test this type of lead – now you can overcome this problem by using this specially made adaptor which will fit any PAT Test machine that has an IEC connection fitted to it.
The correct term for the female connector is IEC 320 C13, and the male connector is IEC 320 C6.

PAT Adaptor 110V Plug(16A) to IEC Adaptor

110V 16A to 13A Plug PAT Test Adaptor

Due to this adaptor having a 110 Volt 16 Amp socket it can only test its opposite which is a yellow 110 Volt 16 Amp plug.
