Other tests available on the 1674FC include resistance, loop and line impedance, tripping speed, wiring polarity check, broken PE and N wire detection, prospective earth fault current (PEFC/IK), and prospective short-circuit current (PSC/IK). It also supports low current continuity testing (10mA), which can be used to measure motor windings.

Users can organize testing environments with a customizable hierarchical structure for clients, sites, distribution boards, circuits, and test points, either on the color touchscreen or via a smart device or PC. Data can be edited, added, or deleted directly on the tester, ensuring accuracy. Test tables make it easy to capture the right measurements at the right time, improving test organization and reducing setup time.

The high current loop mode enables faster loop measurements, and the non-trip mode is ideal for RCD-protected circuits. The tester can perform trip time and current tests for RCD types AC, A, and F in a single test, as well as smooth DC-sensitive RCDs (type B and B+). With the optional Fluke FEV300 adaptor, the 1674FC can even test electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, including 6mA DC RCD testing. Additionally, the 1674FC features Z-max memory for analyzing the highest loop test values, and simultaneous voltage measurements between L-N, L-PE, and N-PE, eliminating the need to change connections during tests.
