Fluke 810 Vibration Tester

When you need an answer now – Fluke 810 Vibration Tester

The most advanced troubleshooting tool for mechanical maintenance teams who need an answer now.

The unique diagnostic technology helps you quickly identify and prioritise mechanical problems, putting the expertise of a vibration analyst in your hands.

In the world of mechanical maintenance, vibration remains one of the earliest indicators of a machine’s health.
Whether it’s the rumble of worn bearings or the shaking, shimmying, or thumping of loose, misaligned, or unbalanced parts, machines have a tale to tell.
For years, mechanical teams faced a tough choice: complex vibration analysis systems, expensive vibration consultants, or relying on the trained ears of seasoned technicians using stethoscopes or even screwdrivers to divine the problem.
Now you can get fast, accurate and actionable answers with revolutionary vibration testers from Fluke. These tools redefine vibration testing for mechanical troubleshooting and predictive maintenance, and help you:

  • Quickly and reliably understand machinery health and condition severity
  • Increase efficiency by working against a prioritized list of problems
  • Take control of downtime costs by anticipating problems earlier and identifying root causes of recurring failures
  • Bridge skill gaps of the maintenance team

Vibration testing has never been easier. Intuitive measurement procedures and automated diagnosis allows all personnel to conduct vibration checks, and perform expert diagnosis with minimal training.

Fluke 810 Vibration Tester – Take a vibration expert along

The Fluke 810 Vibration Tester is the most advanced troubleshooting tool for mechanical maintenance teams who need an answer now. The unique diagnostic technology puts the expertise of a vibration analyst in your hands so you can quickly locate and diagnose common mechanical problems. A simple step-by-step process reports on machine faults the
first time measurements are taken, without prior measurement history.

You take pride in your facility, your team, and your work. You do what it takes to keep things up and running, but sometimes there is not enough time or resources to keep up with the workload, let alone be proactive about mechanical maintenance. The Fluke 810 Vibration Tester puts you one step ahead by using a simple step-by-step process to report on machine
faults the first time measurements are taken, without prior measurement history. The combination of diagnoses, severity and repair recommendations help you make informed maintenance decisions and address critical problems first.

Use the Fluke 810 Vibration Tester to:

• Troubleshoot problem equipment and understand the root cause of failure
• Survey equipment before and after planned maintenance and confirm the repair
• Commission new equipment and ensure proper installation
• Provide quantifiable proof of equipment condition and drive investment in repair or replacement
• Prioritise and plan repair activities and operate more efficiently
• Anticipate equipment failures before they happen and take control of spare parts inventories
• Train new or less-experienced technicians and build confidence and skill across the team

Features and benefits:

• On-board identification and location of the most common mechanical faults (bearings, misalignment, unbalance, looseness) focus maintenance efforts on root cause, reducing unplanned downtime
• Fault severity scale with four severity levels help you prioritise maintenance work
• Repair recommendations advise technicians on corrective action
• On-board context sensitive help provide real-time tips and guidance to new users
• 2 GB expandable on-board memory provides enough space for your machinery’s data
• Self-test function ensures optimal performance and more time on the job
• Laser tachometer for accurate machine running speed promotes confident diagnoses
• Tri-axial accelerometer reduces measurement time by 2/3 over single axis accelerometers
• Viewer PC Software expands data storage and tracking capacity

Viewer PC Software

The Fluke 810 Vibration Tester includes Viewer PC software, expanding your data storage and tracking capability. With Viewer you can:
• Generate diagnostic reports and track the severity of your machine’s condition
• Create machine setups with the convenience of your keyboard and mouse, and transfer the data to your 810 Vibration Tester
• View diagnosis and vibration spectra in greater detail
• Import and store JPEG images and Fluke IS2 thermal images for a more complete view of your machine’s condition

Industry-leading training…on your terms

The Fluke 810 Vibration Tester takes the guesswork out of diagnosing the most common mechanical problems, but a better understanding of vibration and its impact on your equipment will help you or your team be more aware of issues that may come up in the future. Fluke has partnered with Mobius Institute, an industry leader in vibration training, to provide you with a self-paced DVD training program using award-winning Mobius Institute interactive training tools. This DVD is available with purchase and will help you learn more about the basics of vibration and how to fully utilise the features and functionality of the Fluke 810 Vibration Tester.

📦 UK Delivery Options

We work with both Royal Mail and DHL to offer reliable and flexible delivery across the UK:

  • Royal Mail – Best suited for lighter parcels and for customers in remote regions, including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.
  • DHL – Ideal for most mainland UK orders, providing fast, tracked delivery and excellent reliability for time-sensitive shipments.

Our checkout system automatically displays the available delivery services for your postcode and order weight, ensuring you always see the most suitable options.

Note: Heavy, bulky, or freight-only orders will be charged separately.
Our website is designed for quick, transactional purchases rather than bulk or palletised orders.
Please contact us in advance for a tailored freight quotation if your order falls into this category.

⏱ Dispatch & Delivery Timing

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders promptly, but delivery depends on both when you order and which service you select.

  • UK orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
  • International orders: placed by 2:00 PM Monday–Thursday are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after these times are processed the next working day. This means delivery may occur the following day or later, depending on the courier and service selected.

Once dispatched, your chosen delivery service determines how quickly your parcel arrives:

  • Standard services We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL Parcel as our ‘Standard’ services. They are not guaranteed to arrive next working day.
  • Premium services (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL by Noon) offer guaranteed delivery windows.

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing a guaranteed service or contacting us before ordering to confirm availability.

Please note: For logistical reasons, we may occasionally adjust the delivery method selected at checkout. For example, smaller items may be better suited to letterbox-friendly packaging or may be at greater risk of delay or loss via certain services. We actively monitor courier and postal service disruptions—including strikes and delays—and may modify shipping arrangements to help ensure timely and secure delivery.

📅 Busy Periods & Delays

We always aim to dispatch promptly, but delivery times may be affected by:

  • Seasonal demand (e.g. Christmas, bank holidays, or industry shutdowns)
  • Courier network delays outside our control
  • Supplier lead times or calibration requirements for certain equipment

If your delivery is time-critical, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm stock and courier availability.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide using UPS Express Saver® and other trusted global courier partners. All international shipments are tracked and generally dispatched Monday to Thursday to ensure smooth customs clearance and transit.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 1–2 working days
  • North America: 2–3 working days
  • Asia-Pacific & Rest of World: 3–5 working days

Delivery times vary depending on location, customs clearance, and local courier performance.

💰 Taxes, Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs charges, or import duties.
These are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Your courier will typically provide a secure payment link for any import charges once your parcel reaches customs.
If import fees are refused and the parcel is returned, we will issue a refund minus all incurred shipping and return costs.

📍 Using Your Own Courier
